Hard Work
With nearly a decade of active duty military experience, and an education and job experience as an Engineer, I understand what hard work is all about.  I understand that working at real estate part-time or as a hobby doesn't work, and isn't fair to customers and clients.  I understand the importance of returning a phone call, and the importance of answering the phone when I'm called.  If you are tired of dealing with people that treat real estate like a part-time job call me!  If you are tired of dealing with "top producers" that are too busy to return your phone call, answer an email,  or answer a simple question, call me!

  Honesty
I believe in honesty above all.  If you are tired of hearing what people think you want to hear, and want the truth, call me!

  Internet Presence
72% of all home buyers begin their search on the Internet.  Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has a large presence on the Internet, spending 45 million dollars a year on marketing and the purchase of keywords to drive individuals searching the Internet to their two (2) largest sites.  Those sites are coldwellbanker.com, and realtor.comRealtor.com is an independent website, but Coldwell Banker is the largest advertiser with 10% of the ads, the most allowed on the site.  The next biggest advertiser purchases 4% of the ads and isn't even a real estate company, it's Home Depot.  A visit to the site will show you that 1 in every 10 banner or skyscraper ads on this site is for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  In addition to these two award winning sites Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Dallas/Fort Worth, has an additional site, cbdfw.com.  With the Internet playing such an important role in real estate, shouldn't you put your trust in the company with the biggest Internet presence?

My Internet Presence
I have several websites that generate local and out of market leads, and I own eComparative-Market-Analysis.com, a national website that is competing directly with housevalues.com.  This national site generates requests for CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) both locally and throughout the country.  I have developed relationships with hundreds of Realtors throughout the country that will refer their clients to me personally if they are looking for homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.  For builders, I can customize a website for their subdivision, with a guaranteed amount of monthly visits (clicks), from individuals looking to relocate to their areas.

Other Marketing
Every new listing receives a direct mail campaign targeting the most likely demographic to purchase the home.  Every new listing is posted to the Multiple Listing Service with at least 6 (six) pictures.  All listings appear on the MLS (up to 10 pictures), realtor.com (up to 6 pictures), cbdfw.com (up to 40 pictures!), and coldwellbanker.com (up to 10 pictures).  Flyers are printed and left at the home, or if the seller prefers in a brochure box by the post sign.  A post sign is installed at the home, the sign is the traditional real estate sign.  The sign acts as a base for additional information and advertising besides the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sign itself. A name rider with my contact information is attached to the post sign, as well as a Home Facts D/FW rider that has a toll-free phone number that a potential buyer can call to get more information about the home.  When the toll-free number is called the potential buyer is asked if they would like additional information about the property at which time I am notified immediately by phone that there is someone requesting additional information.
