Internet Presence For builders, I can customize a
website for their subdivision, with a guaranteed amount of
monthly visits (clicks), from individuals looking to
relocate to their areas. I can do this by purchasing a
customized website name, and then designing the perfect
website to market every home or lot in the subdivision.
I can guarantee the number of visits the site receives in a
given time period, usually per month, by optimizing the
website, submitting the website to different search engines,
and then by participating in a focused pay-per-click
campaign. The number of visits to the website using a
pay-per-click campaign can be monitored on a daily basis,
and a monthly report generated.
Websites can be customized
to focus on either the builder or subdivision. Click
on the examples below for a look at the possibilities, or
suggest your own!

Other Marketing
Every new listing receives a direct mail campaign targeting
the most likely demographic to purchase the home.
Every new listing is posted to the Multiple Listing Service
with at least 6 (six) pictures. All listings appear on
the MLS (up to 10 pictures),
realtor.com (up to 6 pictures),
cbdfw.com (up to 40
pictures!), and
coldwellbanker.com (up to 10 pictures). Flyers are
printed and left at the home, or if the seller
prefers in a brochure box by the post sign. A
post sign is installed at the home, the sign is the
traditional real estate sign. The sign acts as
a base for additional information and advertising
besides the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
sign itself. A name rider with my contact
information is attached to the post sign, as well as
a Home Facts D/FW rider that has a toll-free phone
number that a potential buyer can call to get more
information about the home. When the toll-free
number is called the potential buyer is asked if
they would like additional information about the
property at which time I am notified immediately by
phone that there is someone requesting additional
information.
